No, you needn’t. You can place an order without an account. However, it’s better for you to create an account so that you can get discounts and zodiac animal information in the future.

Can I cancel my order or make changes to it?

Yes, you can cancel your order before we ship it. Contact us by email ‘[email protected]‘ ASAP. We would cancel it if your package has not been sent yet.

I can’t select my country on the checkout page?

Currently, we only support the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New ZealandSingapore, Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Belgium, FranceHongkong, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland. You must be able to find your country from the country drop-down box. If you can’t find it, please get in touch with our online customer service.

How do I use the coupon?

You can easily use the coupon on the checkout page by simply clicking on it and letting it apply.
You can also click on the button “Have a coupon?” and an input box will appear, enter your coupon code and click “Apply coupon” to use it.

What is the difference between free shipping and fast express shipping?

Delivery times are different. Fast express shipping can deliver faster.
Usually, we use 4PX and Yanwen as our free shipping carriers. We use DHL, FedEx as the fast express shipping carriers.
We are not the fastest, but indeed very responsible in delivery. If there is a delay problem, we will notify our customers and offer solutions in time. Please feel free to use it.

How do I pay with my credit card through PayPal?

Click on the “Debit or Credit Card” button on the checkout page, go to the PayPal page, select the country, fill in the card number, expiration date, CSC, name, and billing address, then click the “Pay Now” button, just like any other online credit card usage.
All your payment-related information is left on PayPal. We never touch any of your credit card information from beginning to end. Please feel free to use it.

How do I track my orders?

We handle orders within 24 hours after receiving them. After completing the order, the system will automatically send the invoice to the customer’s email address, including tracking information. The customer can track the shipment by clicking on the “Track” button in the email to the carrier’s website.
Customers can also go to our order tracking page and fill in the Order ID and Billing email to check the tracking information. However, this way can only check whether we have processed the order, but not the specific logistics information of the parcel.
